Birmingham Main Practical Workshop

Date & time: Sunday 30th June: 130PM
Venue: SpaMedica, Birmingham

The main workshop covers: amsler, colour vision tests, stereopsis, slit lamp skills, BV tests, confrontation, high rx dispensing, RGP CLs, focimetry, direct ophthalmoscopy and pupil examination.

These workshops have been refined and designed to support your OSCE prep but are also useful for those in Stage 1 and Stage 2

Students will be in small groups so they can learn from each other and make the most out of the session.

Peer review: What is the right recall?

This peer review will help Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians explore different scenarios regarding recalling patients for their next sight test, including the correct usage of the early retest codes, when to use these and what to write on their records to justify the early recall.
